Kid Rock: Steal Everything
Kid Rock gets to have his forum for comment here because his band uses Bullet Cable.
Ted and I were at the movies and an National Guard video started, and as big as it was on the screen, we saw our coil cable in action alongside soldiers and race car drivers, and lots of testosterone related good stuff.
I just found this, and it was posted in July and already seen by about 5000+ people, but the message is a broad one worth exploring.
So this is the message for another side of the download debate, and put in this context, it sounds pretty decent.
The problem is that when you steal something from a store you show up in court and you are fined, imprisoned, or both and you are punished by the value of the thing you stole.
When you download a song, you are not punished by shoplifting laws, but sued by shrewd litigators who use scrupulous, unmonitored means to build a case for potentially hundreds of times the .99 cents your didn’t pay for the song.
This is where the problem lies.
One thought in parting today: “Remember that we are all part of the big picture, so use that power well.”
